NOT WORTH EVEN ONE STAR, BUT HAD TO CLICK ONE !

The internet subsidiary to Collection Interiors, "A Table Top Collection", practices contradictory, deceptive and unjustifiable refusal of service. I received numerous obvious flaws & defects in a dinnerware order including dark spots in a plain white field in the same spot in 10 of 12 dinner plates. Some even had rough spots on the eating surface and missed spots of top glaze, making them vulnerable to chipping. I also received a different image on a pitcher than was shown for it on the website that we even discussed I was avoiding in the collection. The excuse for not sending me replacements was to claim they were each hand made & painted causing differences which I know to be false for what I ordered, and were an obvious decal process.--easily verified. More simplistically, dirt & rough spots aren’t artistic choices, & a painter wouldn't leave flaws in the same spots on numerous plates--an obvious manufacturing oversight! Repeated polite inquiries were overlooked & I also had to wait 21 DAYS after my return was RECEIVED until my refund was even initiated. It BECAME A NUISANCE to send me decent products of my order & I was MADE THE SCAPEGOAT!. Find somewhere else for real customer care & responsibility for products represented!
