Provided by YP.comI purchased a car a few months ago, a 2006 camry, my salesman is Jimmy Koch. When I test drove the car, I noticed a small coolant leak and they said thew would take care of it. Soon after we drove the car home the problem got worse to the point that we couldnt keep coolant in the car. When we brought it in to be fixed, they discovered that it was the head gasket and they stepped up to the plate with no argument at all and fixed it.
2 days ago, I called Jimmy and told him that the car was having an issue and he said to bring it in, they were busy but he would do his best to get it in. Before I could make the appointment, the car died. They not only towed it in, but just told me that they are going to put a motor in it for me at no charge.
Bottom line, they take care of their customer to the very best of their ability. Obviously if I hadnt told them about the coolant leak in the first place, they wouldnt be able to do as much for me. They have gone way beyond what I could expect and I will never buy a car from another dealer.

Provided by YP.comVisited over a weekend recently and my husband and I were happy to find a real "stress free" atmosphere in the way the salesmen approach you. They let you come to them when you have a question instead of pouncing the minute you walk on the lot. Because of that - we returned and ended up getting a beautiful Buick Enclave. Mark was willing to work with us in any way he could. He came thru for us and we are truly thankful that I was able to get the car that day and that's even working out the payment plan for the down payment! James also was very helpful in random questions about the car that I had. And Monte was accommodating with letting us take the car to our mechanic for a "check over". So happy - thanks Combs Car Corral! If you're finding yourself in a situation where you need a car NOW - check them out. They treat you like family!

Provided by YP.comDo not purchase a vehicle from this place. The vehicles are garbage and will break down on you. Then your SOL. Don't think they will try and take care of you.

Provided by YPmobileJust bought my third truck from Nampa Combs!! Vincent found the exact truck I needed and got me into it quick and easy!! I like dealing with combs they work with me on the down and keep me on an affordable payment that's comfortable!! Yes the interest is a bit high, but with damages credit like mine it was my best option. I have bought three 90,a Chevy extended cabs from Nampa Combs Car Corral and I have had good luck with all three!! They find clean trucks and make sure everything is in good working order!! Thanks again Mr. combs!!

Provided by YP.comAt first I was skeptical about getting a car from Combs Car Corral due to all the negative feedback I had heard but I chose to give them a try and I have to say that I have been very pleased with my vehicle and the service. They are always there to help me and the salesperson who sold me the car was very helpful in getting me into a car that I could afford. I have not had any major issues with my car except for the usual repairs and have been very pleased with it threw out the 2 years I have had it.If I ever need to get another vehicle I will definitely go back to Combs.

Provided by YP.comI have owned my truck for nearly three years now. Have not had any issues other than standard repairs.
I have also gone back in to entertain trading in my truck, and the sales rep suggested I sell it on my own since i would not get out of the truck what it is worth. While he probably should have tried to push push push, it is much more respectable to deal with honest people who are going to do the right thing for the customer.
I decided to hold off. Recently I found out my pads and rotors need replaced, which should have been replaced with the purchase of the truck. Due to some miscommunication this never happened, while I was under the impression it had. I was extremely suprised when I received a call stating that it looked like the work was not done, and I am going to get the pads and rotors replaced free of charge, nearly three years later.
Will most definitely be getting my vehicles from them in the future!

Provided by YPmobileSo my wife and I purchased a vehicle through them and a day later noticed some issues Nothing big but they apologized and took it in right away to get it fixed and they paid for everything even gave me a loaner car to get to work. I was not expecting this from a buy here pay here dealership. Also service we received was great glad we decided to stop in.

Provided by YPmobileI dont know where to start, the lies they tell you to get you through the door, the unprofessional behavior or the harassment. They bold face lied to us about down payment and financing, we were told a flat rate from the Nampa store then go to the Boise store and they have no idea why a sales rep who works for their own company would tell us that and i quote "unfortunately some sales reps will tell you anything to get you through the door", then they tell us they can work the same deal we were told as long as we made double monthly payments. My husband and i left and went to a different dealership to conduct business when he gets a text saying we still had a key from when we test drove the vehicle we were looking at, he lets them know it was accidental and we would return the key only to be threatened with the police being called for theft. When my husband called to let them know we were on our way as we were in the middle of a deal only to have them threaten cops again and hang up on him. When we returned to this classy establishment my husband let them know we would be writing a review on the unprofessional experience we had once again only to be threatened to be put in jail if a negative review was posted about them. Good luck with them. What a joke.

Provided by YP.comThey made it very easy for an elderly Lady to get into a very nice & reliable vehicle. I appreciate & recommend them very highly.

Provided by YP.comThey've always been polite and really worked with me on getting into a car in a tough financial situation (albeit they benefited from high interest and a fairly high price) anyway like others here I question the cars they stock mine has been a pain going through a couple sensors and repairs but then again the car has 134000 miles and I got it from them with 113000 so to some extent this stuff is to be expected and these are used cars folks and combs doesn't build them

Provided by YP.comThey sold me a lemon. My car broke down 2 hours off of the lot. They did nothing to make it right. they would not reimburse my for the repairs, would not give me my money or trade in back in exchange for the broken car, they just told me too bad. Very poor customer service and integrity... DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Provided by YP.comI couldn't keep a job cause I had no transportation. Combs Car Corral was the only place in town that worked with me to get me in a nice little car. They are easy to work with & very helpful. I've been on the job now for 8 months & I feel good that I am able to provide for my family again & I'm rebuilding my credit!

Provided by YPmobileThis dealership is so unprofessional! They will screw you over without thinking twice. They rigg your car to run when you test drive it and take it home, then it breaks down. I bought my car three weeks ago. I am 19 and have a 3 month old. My transmission just all of a sudden went out, like they had used sea foam to hold it together. It's 100+ degrees outside, and I cannot afford to be breaking down with a baby especially because I just bought the car counting on it to be reliable. But no, instead, I'm having to pay to get a new transmission.
If combs car corral was professional, they'd pay for that. But they are a piece of SH*T company. Don't buy from them.
I'm going to ruin the reputation that company has and make them lose A LOT of business.
Thank you so much for being bad people, go to church, maybe that'll make you and your staff better people.

Provided by YP.comWARNING: At first everything was great. Three weeks after I bought my vehicle I was not able to get it into any gear. Prior to when I bought this vehicle I was told they would pay half the labor and wholesale on the parts as I knew I was buying a used vehicle and problems can happen. So I took my vehicle in for them to diagnose it. They had it for one full day and said they just needed to bleed the clutch. It only worked for two or three days. So I took it back and they had it for two more days and said they need to replace the slave cylynder and the clutch. 15 hours @ 30.00hr = $400.00 and parts @ $415.00. Total of $815.00 +tax.
I wanted a 2nd opinion so I took it to my mechanic the next day. Three hours later he called and told me that my Slave cylynder and clutch was brand new. The problem was the line inbetween was bad. Without my mechanic knowing anything I had him quote me on replacing the slave cyln and the clutch as Combs did. It was 5 hours @ 60.00hr = $300.00 and parts which was $246.00 and that was for the full clutch kit with a slave cylinder. a total of $546.00 + tax. Verses Combs quote of $815.00 (and they were only going to replace the clutch plate and slave) which is supposed to be half of anyone else. How would this look to anyone else. Let me tell ya.. SCAM!!!!, DISHONEST!!!!.Oh and they were either smoking in my car or hot boxed the shop with it in there. It smells like a bar now. My advice always get it checked first by your mechanic if you buy used. I now know now there are other buy here pay here places that will stand by there word and not cheat ya. I will post this review on every search engine site and BBB and leave it untill this is taken care of.
