The quoted me 167. After I brought the car back, they charged me 367. Even though I reserved a car 3 weeks prior, it wasn't there for me

I almost exclusive use this company. They have been personable, efficient, and pleasant. I have been able to make my reservation on line and get a car I enjoy driving when I go to pick it up. I tried a couple of other companies recently, the the experience with them made me even more happy with Enterprise.

ALWAYS the cleanest rental cars inside and out, and incredibly friendly service agents. I've NEVER had a bad experience with enterprise in Boise, Idaho and have rented well over 50 times from them. Outstanding/reasonable pricing and the newest cleanest automobiles around.

Enterprise is the only place to rent a car from. My experience has always been great. They have a great selection of cars to rent. I highly recommend Enterprise.

I rented a car from Enterprise in Boise on 30 Oct 2016. My experiences with Enterprise have uniformly been excellent and this was no exception. Car was clean, service superb. At various times I've rented from all the major rental companies and Enterprise remains my first choice.

I have been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years through my job in upstate NY, and now in Boise, ID. I also rent personally here through the Newton, MA office. Every customer service representative that I have dealt with is always professional, patient and helpful. I have always gotten a great selection of cars whether compact, standard or full size. I would not use another company.

sERVICE WAS GOOD. Rented a full size car, received an Impala. Taking it on a road trip and brought cd's tO play. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT CAR HAD NO CD PLAYER!!!. aLSO RADIO WAS VERY HARD YO CHANGE STATIONS WHEN TRAVELING 80 MILES PER HOUR

I have rented cars from all of the major car rental agencies from the budgets to the high end agencies. Overall, Enterprise has been great to work with, easy to use their online reservations to reserve a car, and a decent selection of rental vehicles. I always check enterprise first for my rental car options where ever I travel. Sometimes I do go to places where enterprise is not available but that is a rare situation. Thanks enterprise.

We arrived late at night (tired). The options for additional insurance were higher than the car itself by $20.00 a day. Then, the cost for xm radio was $25.00. When I asked how to find our hotel, they acted like it was a major inconvience (there was no one waiting for service). They finally looked on their phone and gave me a quick answer. Will use Hertz in the future.

I have always chosen enterprise, however the service at check in (at the Boise airport) was pressuring, confrontational and rude. Even after I brought it to Jimmy's attention he still continued on. It was weird and uncomfortable. There's others to choose from Jimmy.

Professional, prompt, friendly and helpful. I always rent at Enterprise for their stellar service, and the Boise airport staff went above and beyond to assist me in choosing a car, providing directions, and offering the best rates around. Highly recommend.

I have always enjoyed renting from Enterprise. the cars are clean and well maintained, and dependable. There are two areas I feel you could improve. 1. The price of renting is all over the board and it is difficult to know if I am paying too much. 2. The last time I rented a pick up when I got to the airport they said they did not have one. They looked further and found that one had come in early. When I make a reservation I expect the vehicle to be there!

I have always gone with enterprise this is the first time I have never been so upset. #1 I was in Boise for my sons's wedding we picked up the car at night so could not tell if the SUV was clean or not.# 2. the next day I had white pants on when I leaned over to put stuff in the back my pants were so dirty I then had to change.#3 the in side was never cleaned out cat hair or dog hair all over all the set's again my clothes and every one else 's were covered every one was upset. #4. My son found a e-cigarette, 20 min latter he found a needle for shots or something,
I wanted to take it to the car wash but never had the time.#5 I took the Bride's made's to the Venue were the wedding was at told the girls to please be careful with there dress. One girl asked if I went off Roading first before I picked them up.
I was in barest ,
When we arrived I had to take a lint roller to all the girls dress.

Easy pick-up, friendly staff, good price, speedy check-in...everything you look for in a rental car company

I rented a car for a full week and I loved the experience. As someone under 25 they still made it very easy to get a car and pay without using a creditime card. The folks were polite, the car was in great condition. The only confusion I had was what to do when I dropped it off at the airport, I sat around for a while unsure what to do and waiting for a worker. Other than this it was a perfect experience and I'd highly recommend enterprise!

I haven't rented a car in a while. When we went into the airport to pick it up, the young man Drew, was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I returned the car, Drew was the person who I worked with again. He was polite, efficient and helpful. The car was easy to drive and suited our needs perfectly. I WILL BE BACK TO PATRONIZE YOU NEXT TIME I NEED A RENTAL CAR AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU! Jeannie Toutloff

We got a rental for our vacation to the Oregon coast so we wouldn't have to put all those miles on our own vehicles. Cost of vehicle was extremely reasonable. We did purchase the basic insurance just so if we had a cracked window I wouldn't have to put it on our insurance. The agent gave us a very nice upgrade which ended up fitting our needs much better and a free tank of gas. The price of the extra insurance equaled to about what it would take to fill the tank up before returning so good deal. My work uses Enterprise when I travel and I will definitely continue to use this location for my personal needs as well.

The service was good. The person helped with selecting the cats from available options. But have complaint about the car itself. It was a Chevy equinox. The car was not well maintained. The pick up of the car was very bad, felt like it's dragging itself and barely able to pull itself. Had a lot of trouble in mountain terrain where generally is a constant use of breaks and there was trouble with the breaks. Whenever u apply breaks it would smell very bad and also gave lot of jearks on the break paddles even if u slightly press the paddle. Felt like if u press any harder they would break. Basically the break pads seemed to be worn off. Had to stop aside on the emergency lane to let them cool off and later drive slowly with emergency lights on.

Another thing was about the air conditioner. Even at the max, people in the back seat could feel the heat and it would take almost 30 minso for temperature to be stable. We usually select enterprise because they generally have good fleet of cars.

Great service, car was in great shape, clean and well maintained. My go to company wherever I travel.
