Can't call them on the phone, they never answer!! I,m trying to find out which terminal a bus from SLC will let the riders off.

you guys dont have anybody answering your phones i hate that you all need to put someone to answer questions for customers..c'mon ppl do your job the right way...sometimes i wonder ya'll dont care what we think so why bother asking us for our questions..if you dont do nothing about it....

Have been trying to call this office for an hour and no answer and now it is giving a busy signal. Frustrating!
