I had been searching for a 5th wheel for a while and Happy Camper definitely had the best selection and was not over priced. Dave did amazing and was not pushy at all. He even found someone to move the rv for me as my husband was still out of town and I did not have a truck. Thanks Dave and Happy Camper RV!!

Dave in sales was absolutely fantastic to work with. I searched for over two months for the perfect pop up trailer for me. I was deployed overseas so the Internet was it for me. Dave was so accommodating with all my endless questions about the trailer. He didn't hesitate to take a bunch of pictures that I asked for and pictures of the actual dry weight listed on the trailer (which was different than manufacturer website). Dry weight was the deciding factor in ANY trailer for me so this was a biggie. Making a huge purchase like this site unseen (except in pics) is nerve wracking to say the least. After countless emails, text messages I put a deposit to hold the trailer. Happy Camper was one of the very few dealers willing to hold my camper onsite for so long until I returned from deployment. Almost 2 months!!
Fast forward to the day I actually picked the camper up. I Drove 8 hours to Boise to pickup my pop up tent trailer (Flagstaff 176LTD) only to find out that the trailer hitch place back home (who came "highly" recommended by many of my friends) totally screwed up on the installation of my electrical plug on my SUV. (And I'm not even going to mention how totally unimpressed I was by the initial service and business). Kenny in service spent hours trying to figure out the problem. His patience and never ending good humor helped the situation immensely! Needless to say, 4.5 hours later and two trips to a different trailer/truck place in Boise, $125 out of pocket for parts and labor and a lot of head scratching, cussing, and frustration it was finally fixed. Thanks to Happy Camper RV service and sales staff, and the Truck and Trailer Place down the street for their flexibility and willingness to do all they could to get me on the road safely!!!!! I can't recommend Happy Camper and David Hunter highly enough!!! Now onto my next big Adventures...... stay tuned!!

We purchased a used toy hauler from Happy Camper. DJ had stellar customer service showing us all our options but truly taking all our wants and needs in mind. He got us hooked up and then helped us find a perfect toeing companion -which I believe was way above & beyond since I know he didn't receive commission on the truck sale!!! A year later he continues to hold up on his end of taking care of all our camping happiness! I highly recommend DJ at Happy Camper, but the whole staff seems genuine and caring!

I bought a camper from Happy Camper and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in any way. Since I am a retired RV service manager I know the good, bad, and the ugly of the RV service and sales business and Happy Camper is as good as it gets. Excellent service with a shop that is dedicated to providing service and warranty repair only to Happy Camper customers shows they are serious about taking care of their clientele. There is no pressure from the knowledgeable sales department whatsoever. They answer your questions , walk you through sales and service procedures and are there with you for final delivery. The experience doesn't end when you pull out of the lot with your new camper either. These guys are the kings of follow up and you just don't find that everywhere......
