Customer Service isn't very good most of the time. No one asks if you need help finding anything, and most of the time you WILL need help finding whatever it is you're looking for. "New Release" section is pretty easy to look through but it's very difficult to find an older movie on your own. I once came in and asked if one of the associates could help me find a film, he looked on the computer, found it on there, but it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Very disorganized.
