These brothers are the Nordstroms of the car world. A woman can do business here and never be concerned that they their ignorance about car engines will be used to gouge their pocketbook. They run a tight ship, same mechanics have worked there since I've been going there since 1997, low overhead, work long hours and more. I only buy used vehicles that they work on which are: Mercedes, BMW and Volvo's. I would still be driving a Saab but they quit working on Saabs a number of years ago. Be nice to them so they don't retire on us!

We have used the Hurless folks for our cars for nearly 20 years. They have always had answers to our questions and are awfully good about taking a peek at something if I just stop by with something weird going on. They have done great work and are very good at keeping the price where they say it will be. I think they show great integrity and we trust them to do what needs to be done and not do what some shops would try to "add on". Good place to do business.

They are guys that you can seriously trust your car with. They will be very specific and explain everything that is being done to your car. Definitely the place to bring your car.

The best car shop around! The guys are very knowledgeable and honest. If you care about your car/truck and you want to know it's being taken care of, then Hurless Brothers is for you.

They always take the necessary time to explain repairs and services done to my car. I do not feel they are overpriced, and most importantly they give quality service.

Bret and Todd are the best. I have had both of my BMW's (a 2004 and a 1987) in and the bill was never more than advertised. They even knew about a recall on the 2004 that saved me 1500 dollars in repairs! I can't say enough good things about them!

This is an absolutely fantastic car repair place. They provide great service, with a courteous, knowledgeable staff.

These are the most honest & trustworthy guys in the car repair business. A woman going to a mechanic is often an opportunity for a shop to fast talk us into spending more than we should. I've been taking my cars to Hurless Brothers for over twenty years and have never been treated with anything but respect. It's the little things; like not billing extra for on the spot fixes and always vacuming my car and washing the windows that bring me back again and again. The care and attention my cars recieve and the savings over the dealer's pricing makes them the only choice for me.

Initially I thought this was the place to call, i really wish that the guy there Todd was a nice as the receptionist. All i needed were some average time lines on repairs i know have to be done on my vehicle. i.e parts and labor cost so i know what I'm getting myself into to make sure i have the money to do the work. I understand that from letting Todd know some of the issues his needs to want to see the vehicle not a problem some how that could be worked out. However, by the end of the call i still could not get some kind of idea on parts/labor for things like my catalytic converter and o2 sensors etc. As he advised me they work on a bunch of these vehicles so it should have been pretty easy to say hey that job could take us 6 or 10 hours to do the job and parts range up to $$ dollar amount. I understand things could take longer to repair but I don't have unlimited funds sitting around to complete repairs for an unknown to occur. Small amounts over for the requested repairs can be done easily hence trying to get an idea which he was never able to give me on the specific things i know i need done. I would have been ok with this had it not been for his actions towards the end of the call that completely shocked me to no other for someone at a business of any kind he seemed to be very irritated that i would take the time to call in the first place and i guess since i had more questions than some people do as i was trying to understand certain things he jumped in the call and stated i have to go i never talk to anyone this long on the phone i have been talking to you for 16 minutes. this was the largest shock i have heard so i began to profusely apologize to him for even calling as this was not my intent he then says i have been talking to you for 17 minutes now. this is just beyond my belief of his actions. I advised him i am so so sorry that i called i did not think this would be so horrible of a call and what ever i did so wrong I'm sorry and i would instead of scheduling an appointment which i was in the middle of doing with him i said i would not come to his shop at all as i did not want to be yelled at so to speak. I was going along with what he was stating prior to that and even going to pay the 84 for diagnostics. to as he stated see what things really need to be done in their opinion and what order to do them. I was totally ok with that. he just seemed to flip or whatever you want to call it when i told him where i live to get a ride and that i could not have anything done that i did not know the cost of first because i don't always have those funds there. I just want to make sure that anyone knows not to call this place for any over the phone questions because you may have too many questions for them I am not saying they cannot do the work because i have never gone to them and now because of this experience i will never go to them. By telling Todd that i was going to post this information from our conversation he got so upset about it that he said well i have your name and number and i can contact my attorney. (???) so he knows he did something wrong ??) I did not tell him i was doing more than posting the results of our call had he not flipped out everything would have been fine i would have an appointment scheduled and paying them money just to figure out what else needs to be done.
