I am so in love with ILoveKickboxing, Boise! Everyone here is so amazing! The staff is incredible! Workouts are hard work but sooooo much fun! The facility is super clean, they have an awesome staff, and host an empowering environment! I'm new to kickboxing but I'm already addicted!

Great energy, love the instructions willing to work with you one on one. I have lost inches and gained my energy back!

This kickboxing studio is not your traditional martial arts dojo. It's a place where anyone of any fitness level can come and learn to kick box. The workouts are intense, but the payoff is indescribable. I look better, I feel better, and I am gaining confidence and strength with each class. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger, get fit, build stamina and endurance, reach personal goals, overcome obstacles, do something good for your mental health, and learn fighting techniques that will stick with you for life. I am more than happy to recommend I Love Kickboxing in Boise to anyone who is considering it.

Anyone can learn kickboxing!! This place is not intimidating, it's not difficult at all. If you want to learn how to kick and punch, this is the safe place to do it!! It's clean and friendly and these instructors know their stuff!! They want you to learn proper technique but they show you every step of the way!! Get in shape fast and have fun while you do it!
