My husband and I had previously been patients at the 2nd St office. When our doctor retired we decided to switch to the Curtis Rd office. We had appointments a week apart, and for each of us, they were 1 1/2 to 2 hours behind schedule. When I commented, the staff acted as though I was unreasonable. Will never return to the Curtis location.

I came in for an eye appointment the other day and the staff there was amazing! Dr. Tweeten is a genius and his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Another notable mention is the reception staff. They are friendly and always have smiling faces. I am very impressed! I will be returning next year for my annual!

I've been a customer and patient with Intermountain for many years. The eye care and contact lens expertise is unmatched. My gas permeable contact lenses are the most comfortable lenses I've ever had. I've been very satsified with the level of service I've received, and, in the rare case of an adjustment becoming necessary, Intermountain personnel do whatever is needed for resolution. Thank you for your excellent service!

Competence until the last second for (1) the full eye exam and (2) contact lenses until sending me home with the wrong lens. 1. Upon being dismissed from the exam chair, I had to remind staff to do the glaucoma test--quickly done, but the rush to the next patient left me doubting.2. Best exam I've ever had for determining new contact prescription and eye glasses. But I was given the wrong box to take home, and there is no way to phone after hours for a remedy, except leaving a message that may or may not be returned. I'm squinting to write this as a result.Patients need to stay alert during the herding.

Very bad service. I made an appointment for my child weeks in advance, and still waited over an hour and a half to see a doctor. It must either be understaffed or over-booked, but it's the second time it's happened to our family (and the last)
