Group Training    Jack City Fitness offers various options depending on the number of participants.  For example, male or female athletes wanting to train within a small group atmosphere to compare and push themselves to train at another level. Team Training   Our trainers have competed in a variety of sports: hockey, basketball, football, baseball, soccer, cross country, swimming, and wrestling. Tracking Results    The most important part any program is tracking the results. To maximize progress, we will continually monitor your development and adjust your program accordingly. We will do this by using a variety of different training programs and assessments.

Nutrition Counseling    Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the appropriate calories you should consume by tracking macronutrient levels that required for your optimum health. We will guide you through the process and help you over hurdles along the way.

Where do I begin? I moved here from Montana in December of 2018 and begin Group Training 2-3 times per week, as well as Personal Training at least 2 per month. Three months later - I have lost 5% body fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle! This place has the most encouraging atmosphere + experienced trainers who care about their clients and getting them results. The attention to detail and how the gym is set up is beyond any gym I have ever stepped foot in. Quality at its finest! No crowds which makes for an even better workout. Thank you JCF! :)

Jack City Fitness is a great alternative to the large, impersonal, meat-locker-segue gyms in Boise and other cities. The facility is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The real differentiation is in the highly knowledgeable, consummate professionals that make up the personal trainers. My friends took me to see Marshall prior to this year's 1/2 Marathon I compete in, and it was great to have his input on injury prevention, last minute training technique tweaks, and future ways to improve overall fitness levels.
