I got my first brand new car from lithia ford. It was a Ford focus.I got it with trade in. they gave me the best deal in town for my old car. Gena barbin helped me with everything. I will definitely come back and refer people to come and get a car from him

Bought a used truck. It had electrical problems. Thank you Jim General Manager for making it right. Victor the salesman helped make things right. They got the truck fixed. Will keep buying vehicles at this location. Thanks again for your help.

Provided by YPmobileI did not buy a car hear but had repairs, stole my $2000 stereo system, called me a lair and said it was never there and then defended the mechanic that I turned the subs up for IN THE SHOP, they knew! ... tread carefully

Last service I did find oil dripped onto the fender. Don't they use blankets over the fender any more? Also had it in twice to fix the rear window defroster. It has connection, and it has voltage, but it doesn't defrost the rear window. All they could offer was to replace the rear window? Huh? Don't think so.... There is a TSB for the rear window defogger for my year Mustang, but they don't seem to be paying much attention....

I had my vehicle at three other dealerships in town and one independent shop to fix my running problem and 2 shops charged me crazy money to look at it. After spending 1300.00 at other shops in town and having the same problem. Lithia Ford looked at it for free and not only fixed the problem but did it for 1/2 the price and gave me a 3 year 50,000 mile warranty on the parts and labor. I will NEVER go to an independent shop in town AGain Lithia ford has my business for ever.

I recently called Lithia Ford because I needed seat belt extensions for my Taurus. My neighbor is actually an employee. They not only could order exactly what I needed, they shipped it next day air FOR FREE. Apparently this is company policy, and what a good one!

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. When I picked up the vehicle we noticed the hood and front of the truck was spotted with something. We open the hood and found oil everywhere. Apparently the engine was started without securing the oil cap back on. A poor attempt was made to wipe up the mess, but it looked awful. I can't believe a service manager would send a vehicle back to a customer with it looking that way. We got the service manager to come out and look at the vehicle and he agreed it was bad. He had the truck detailed for me, but I had to go another day without transportation. As a result, I've not had any service work done at your location since.
