Not Happy

Had a hardwood floor installed less than 1 and 1/ yrs ago. Now the wood is cracking and lumber liquidators said I can have it inspected at my cost and any repairs done also at my cost. So much for their warrenty. No one from their company would even come and inspect their flooring or work. The main office has the customer take pictures and send via email.(what a joke), also send left over flooring at their expense which they do not return. I paid for the flooring now they have it. I would recommend doing business with a company that will honor their product.

Don't buy from lumber liquidators. They don't honor their warrenty.

Lumber liquidators will not honor their warrenty. Two years ago we installed hardwoods in our house thinking that the 30 year warrenty would be good to have. Well it is not worth anything from Lumber liquidators.
