I had Nampa Floors refinish existing hardwood in my Kitchen, as well as, lay new flooring in my hallways. They were able to match the color of new wood with the old wood, perfectly! We have been so happy with the service and quality of products Nampa Floors provides. I would highly recommend them!

I had a hardwood floor put in. They recommended I buy spare boxes of red oak 3/4" just in case. The installer put the floor in. I noticed there were piece with knott holes and ugly pieces in front of the fireplace and the master bedroom. I looked at the spare opened boxes and every board was perfect. I asked the installer why so? He said the perfect pieces were off color and did not match. At the end of the install he said he would take all 10 spare boxes off my hands. I agreed because my house was small and I had no place to store all those boxes. Later I complained, and a different installer repaired the knott holes for FREE, but no compensation for the boxes that walked.Years later I went to the store on State. I wanted carpet for one 11x11 kids bedroom, and one 11x14 bedroom. The salesperson said I only qualified for padding on carpet on sale. Otherwise she would charge extra. I said, "Fine, Come out and measure..." The carpet was installed there was a large remnant o
