Worst company I have ever worked with in my life. When you call to make a payment they either 1) Don't answer 2) give you a ring around of people who can help you. My payment is due on the 30th of each month I called 5 days late to make a payment and they continually told me to talk to Jeff. With Jeff not returning phone calls and he's apparently the only one who can give you information I wake up the next morning to my car being repossessed. My payment history was not perfect granted I had been late a few times over five years. But in September I had called to make a payment from the Month of September - March over a $2000 payment. I made the monthly payment in March and tried to make the April payment, but unknowingly my cars loan was severely past due? No curtisy phone call or anything. SO moral of story unless you like like being out of the loop with your +20,000$ loan I woulnt recommend using this company even as a last resort.

My wife and I purchased a car through Dennis Dillon using Northwest leasing. After fees and interest a $9,300 vehicle ended up costing us $17,900! We we're told they would report to the three major credit bureaus only to find out after acquiring our credit report they only report to one. We also found a $2,400 vehicle warranty we didn't know was optional. After finally paying the loan off we expected to see the title within two weeks. After waiting for it to show up I called to find out it can take 4-6 weeks to process! Who does that? I've been waiting for it as we have person interested in purchasing the car, but can't do to the lack of title. I will not do business with either organization again.
