My review is for Northwest Title Loans @ the Overland Branch in Boise, Idaho:

Getting a loan with my poor credit, was a long shot, but I was desperate for immediate financial help so I went inside.
I was grateful and relieved to come out with a loan within an hour. Since that first loan, which I've paid off, they have continued to be a great support to me and my family.
Recently I had to take out another loan, doing so without issue. My first repayment was going to be short due to my fixed income and an error on the part of one of my utility companies taking out an auto pay ahead of my paycheck. I spoke with "Araceli" at my local Northwest Title Loan office. Not only did I feel her empathy for my situation, she arranged an extension until my check deposits next week.
I cannot express my gratitude loudly enough.
This Company has always treated me reasonably and respectfully. Even allowing me to take out additional funds BEFORE my original loan was paid for. The interest paid to help me in an emergency has been worth the alternative had I been refused help.
This Company has made a great choice in employing Araceli; a good representative of their standards and values. I have witnessed her professionalism personally and with others when I've been in the branch office. I've witnessed and been a recipient of her kindness and cheerful disposition.
