I lived there for about 3 yrs in a ground floor 2 bedroom. I enjoyed the apartment. Great central location but still very private.

Overal a good experience. I had a balcony apartment that overlooked notihng but Pine trees which was nice. No wacko neighbors, it was always clean and quiet. The apartment had new carpet, paint, and vinyl when I moved in. It was a good place to live. Plenty of parking. Not very dense with people, seemed to be a lot of breathing room. Easy to relax there while I attended college.
