Exceptional service!! Ray and Jamie (father and son) operate a business that is high quality and demonstrate that kind of integrity one rarely sees in the market place these days. I longed to hear the sound of my grandmothers mantle clock again. They repaired it in a timely manner at a reasonable cost and it runs beautifully!! Trust these guys for quality work and honest businesss practice. Chuck

Based on past experience with this business I returned with a different clock. As in the past I was treated with honesty, fairness and as if I was a neighbor. If you are in need of clock/watch repair or cleaning I recommend this business!

I called Quality Time Clock repair and talked to Jamie. I told him that my clock worked but the pendulum did not. So when I reset for daylight savings time, I decided to change the batteries. Now the clock doesn't work but the pendulum does, so frustrating. I knew at that point the batteries were working, but had no idea why not the clock. Jamie suggested I bring it in and would have to replace the box the batteries go in (forgot what it is called). Anyway when he looked at it I had just put one battery in upside down (silly me). Anyway, he also fixed a screw that came off that I had no idea where it went and charged me nothing. I know this is very small, but I would definately call Quality Time again, and send my friends there too. Great Customer Service!
