I got great service and my repairs was done perfect. I will have them repair my shoes from now on . Staff was friendly and offered several ways and options on repair and was done when they said they would be. They even took time to shine the shoes after the repair. Very happy

I was hoping to have a new shoe man in downtown area/ brought in 2 pairs of shoes for repair, and I found the man at the desk to be very curt, and extremely expensive, in comparison to other comparable services in the past. He had no interest in discussing an alternative, less expensive solution for me.
