I took a clock in with a problem of chiming correctly back in March. Two weeks later, I was told the clock was repaired and the cost was $350. A week later, I took the clock back with the same problem. Now six months and a dozen lies and excuses about when I could get it back fixed, I was told yesterday that the clock was repaired. I took it home and the very next day it has the same problems. Will I take it back? Why, so they can lie to me some more? Worst customer service ever!!! Everyone who works there lies.

Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. They jerked me around until I gave up the notion they would/could fix my simple battery powered wall clock, and I finally picked it up still broke then to continue to have them give me another excuse as to why it was not being repaired. Save yourself some aggravation and go elsewhere.
