I bought two Dealsavers (half price massage) for me and my sister to go. I tried for weeks to reach them, they do not answer their phone nor return messages left. I finally reached someone, and because the spa also sold a deal on Groupon, they were backed up and couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 months. I didn't have my sister's three month schedule in front of me, so I said I would call back. I have not been able to reach them since, nor do they return messages. It is ironic that trying to schedule a massage is making me so angry. I am seriously considering taking them to Small Claims Court to get my $96 back.



If you are thinking about getting a massage, there is one other issue besides not answering the phone and not answering messages left. They close at 5 PM three of the five days of the week they are open! Apparently they only want to provide services to people who do not have jobs?



Looking around online, I'm seeing similar reviews from others who cannot reach this spa nor get a return phone call. :o(
