Should have taken pictures. Booked a room with two queen beds; one bed was broken, not comfortable at all, sink was clogged, air conditioner did not work properly, would make strange noises then just shut off.
My traveling companion woke up with 6-8 BIG bug bites. Notified the hotel, and left a hand written note in the room. I had booked it with Priceline and reached out to them once I was back home. Priceline contacted the hotel, and according to Priceline, the manager on duty said since it was not noted in my reservation.... there was nothing he could do. SO since THEIR employee did not do their job and make notes, there was nothing that they could do,is what the manger said.
I traveled all night, to rent a room from 5am to 11am, barley any sleep due to the kids running in the halls and some worker whistling away at 7am. Then encounter these issues and the hotel does not feel the need to make anything right.

Will NEVER stay at this hotel!! Def will let everyone know about my experience and recommend a different hotel.
