I have been a resident at Silver Bay Apartments for approximately 6 years. Being that I have served 25 years in the military, my stability in one place has been short lived and I have rented in places all over the world. Therefore I feel somewhat an expert. The places I have resided in the past 26 years must say, in all honestly; I have never experienced the professionalism and thoughtfulness which the entire staff at Silver Bay Apartments have shown. It is nothing short of extraordinary. Tim an Dan in the Maintenance staff who provide a quick and professional response to their resident's needs. In the event of an emergency they make themselves available and I know you cannot have this kind of service in any other apartment complexes. You can tell by the monthly letters that there primary concerns are safety and respect to their fellow residents. Manager Jennifer and her Assistant Megan, show true compassion toward the residents and they make this place a great place to live.

I have lived here for over a year and have had an overall excellent experience. Office staff is friendly, responsive and has been consistent since I moved in. Maintenance is awesome and has bent over backwards to help me out in the past. I can honestly say that I know every staff member here, which isn't something I've been able to say about previous apartments. Community events are awesome, they cooked breakfast for us recently and it was wonderful! My apartment itself is beautiful with granite counter tops. Overall, I love this place!

The manager at Silver Bay apartments is a very in-sincere, and poorly appointed manager for an apartment complex, the apartments are also very low budget and way overpriced for what you get in return. I continually have issues with the apartment and appliances that continue to break. I advise you not to rent an apartment from Silver Bay.
