Our five year old company had no useable financial information and our staff lacked training on the use of the software and hardware. Our paperflow systems were inefficient, inaccurate, work was duplicated and thousands of dollars in services were missed in the billing process or billed incorrectly. We had just purchased a new medical billing system that needed to be implemented. Over the last few years we have hired several consultants, employees and CPA firms to fix these problems. It proved to be very expensive and unsuccessful. Working together with our outside CPA firm, Michelle recreated our prior year data and got our current year data into useable form and taught us how to maintain it. While directing and monitoring the implementation of the new billing system, she maintained and improved the main accounting system. She set up workflow systems that were simple, efficient and provided cross-checks to make sure that all services provided are billed or accounted for. The new system will allow our records to be audited and we will have accurate and timely information to meet our government reporting requirements. Over the last nine months Michelle has worked with us she has been very patient and pleasant to work with. jShe has proven to be a tenacious, knowledgeable and reliable consultant. She worked within our budget and our time frames. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
