Went to this store to buy a basketball hoop. It was very heavy and I needed help so I went to the auto section because there wasn't anyone in sporting goods. The lady there told me she didn't have a phone and said "sorry". I dragged it all through the store to the front to pay for it, told the cashier about my displeasure of having to drag it to o the front, cashier replied "sorry". I then told customer service about my experience she said "sorry". as I left the store some lady came over to ask for my receipt? What I realized as I dragged this heavy box across the car park, is that this store will assume your stealing instead of helping a paying customer.

I could'nt find the symptoms I was looking for.

Don't trust what the prices state on the shelves. I went in to buy a monitor and it was listed for $99 and when I took it to the counter it rang up $129. I mentioned it and some guy in a suit ran over and started moving boxes around then said, OH, it must have just got pushed over and walked off, I then spoke to a customer service manager ( this was tuesday at 2:30 in the afternoon) I told her the issue and very snotty like said sorry and turned away and started talking to some co-worker. I was not trying to get by with something, I still would have purchased the monitor if someone with customer service skills would have done something. Instead I left and went to best buy and bought a monitor for $179. It was not the money walmart it was your staffs attitude. Score one for best buy and a sell loss for walmart. You might try a corporate training course in customer service.

I am very grateful for the ALWAYS low prices & QUALITY items at Wal-Mart.Espcially in these tough economic times.Wal-Mart is a BIG help to our community.They give jobs to all of those who qualify, no matter if they are elderly, or handicapped...we are all equal to them.

Even giving jobs to those in other countries for a decent wage (not a sweat shop like many do).

As a shopper I enjoy the GENUINE staff at Wal-Mart.They work as a team & seem to truly care.They are REAL people in this sense.

I always feel welcome & can find someone easily to help me...happily.

The clothes are even fashionable.

I really want to thank the exceptional staff at Wal-Mart for helping make my family life better.
