Got there at about 1:55 on Saturday, when I pulled up, there were no employees to be found. I went into the warehouse where I was rudely informed that they closed in 5 minutes and that there was no way I could get all my recycling dropped off in time to get paid. (He said I'd have to come back Monday.) The guy that finally helped me, if you can call it that, also stated that if I wasn't done by 2 exactly, he was leaving. He finally agreed to weigh my truck after wasting about 2 of my very precious minutes, then gave me very vague directions as to where to drop the metal. It was ridiculous. Basically, no one there is willing to help you and don't even bother showing up 5 minutes before close. They are lazy, rude and inconsiderate. I won't ever go there again. Oh yeah, and because they were in such a hurry, they weighed all my metal as scrap and weren't willing to weigh the aluminum or brass separately. I don't do it for the money, but if you do, I wouldn't recommend using Western.
