I have over 20 years experience offering compassionate, skillful help with: relationship issues, life transitions, addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, unblocking creativity, finding life purpose, power and spiritual strength, self acceptance, constructive attitudes and transforming problems into personal growth. My background includes working with over 1,000 clients as individuals, couples or families in private practice since being licensed as a psychologist in 1980, university teaching, supervising and training graduate school psychology interns. I have learned to listen and to offer a respectful and non-judgmental alliance with each client. The alliance provides connection and support in meeting difficulties and challenges and a trustworthy place for exploring, learning, resolving problems, healing and growth.
