The store is a great store and welcomes dogs and we spend tons of money here. Although i gave it 3 stars because ive bought many guns from here and every single gun buying experience has been horrible. The guns are fine but the gun counter staff cannot get any more ruid. I have a clean background and no problems wats so ever and they act like jerks every time. And a few friends said the same thing also. Im never buying a gun here again until they get a nicer staff behind the counter and start treating people the way they want to be treated. People like that ruin such a good store

Decoration of the store is nice, connected to the fish company restaurant is convenience. It's a real big store like a maze. I don't like the attitude of the worker there, is rude. I found some clearance items of northface jacket, when I checked out it's not. The girl told me northface items never get on sale, but in the store there were some. I showed her, she apologied with an anger and impatience voice. I tried to help them get rid of the stock. Is there anything wrong I've done?

Walked in with issues I had with a purchase of wading boots from the store in Gurnee. Didn't have my receipt but the make of the shoes were Bass Pro brands. When I talked with an associate we had to get a store manager involved to agree on me getting replacement boots with no cost. Upon the arrival of the store manager, they agreed with out any hesitation to replace those wading boots. What service and I will go back there again and again. Thanks for the assistance on this request. This all took no more than 20 minutes.

Just was shopshopping there. Gun dept guys not all that helpful. I did get a laugh at the checkout, USA pride ribbon magnets made in china.... overall not what I want in a store like them.
