Hardees was a great place to eat when they first opened. There's neen a big change in their customer service and with our last incident of waiting 15 min for 2 burgers and 2 kids meals was my last attempt of making excuses for them. Manager was rude once we asked for our money back after waiting 15 minutes for our food and cooks in the back laughing at the situation. We took our money to trusty ol' McDonald's. If Hardee's doesn't step up and bring in real management into this location, I don't think there going to last much longer....and that would be a shame.
