My mom sends me flowers from Karen's for every holiday. They do truly beautiful work and I have never had an issue until this past Friday. I received my flowers at work but it appears the vase tipped over during delivery. There was water all inside the bag - hardly any in the vase and some of the flowers were damaged. I called Karen's and made them aware of the issue. After looking up the order, they immediately told me they would deliver another arrangement. Seeing as I work close to the store, I opted to just stop and pick them up. When I walked in, the store was pretty busy - being that it was Valentine's weekend but I was greeted immediately, told them who I was and they went to get my new arrangement. It was gorgeous! They explained they had a new delivery driver and apologized for how I received my original bouquet. I am extremely happy with the replacement. I will continue to recommend this florist - great customer service and beautiful arrangements!

Karen's Floral Expressions is the BEST!!! Karen made the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. The church was beautiful as was the hall. Everyone commented that they have never seen such a beautiful church. My wedding bouquet was breathtaking! My pictures turned out so nice too. I've been back there several times. Karen once told me she went to the White House to decorate for President Bush's inauguration. They don't ask just anybody to do that! I've had her make silk flower arrangements for my house and she listened to my requests and produced the most beautiful arrangements that complimented my house perfectly! I wholeheartedly recommend Karen's to everyone! Karen provides the best customer service too! She really listens and is very creative! Great job!

We really enjoyed working with all the staff at Karen`s Floral Expressions. They helped me choose flowers for my wedding. The flowers were fantastic, fresh and absolutely perfect. I will recommend them to EVERYONE!!

With a week before the wedding my son calls and says their florist went out of business. I give him Karen's number, his fiancee stops to talk with them, Karen was great. They were a little more expensive but they got everything right. I will use them from now on. What a great experience.

I have NEVER had a problem with ANY order I have placed with them . They are always knowledgeable and helpful. There have been a moment or two that I have screwed up and missed a birthday or a special occasion. And called them last minute. They always went above and beyond what I expected and made what might have been an embarrassment and impossible situation into a possible memorable one. They definitely saved my hide!! They always have the freshest selection of flowers and even unusual ones I have never seen before.

Another exceptional bouquet of flowers. I've been going to Karen's for years and have yet to be disappointed. It's true, her flowers aren't cheap but you get what you pay for! I got sick and tired of buying bargain flowers only to have them wilt in no time. Karen's flowers are long lasting and the aroma of her bouquets are incredible! When I was planning my wedding , they were my first and only choice for flowers. I have been married now for 7 years and my friends and family STILL rave about how beautiful my flowers were!! With mother's day coming up, I already have my order placed and I know for a fact that they will deliver beyond my expectations and my mom looks forward to receiving flowers from me every year because of their beautiful blooms. Karen did an outstanding job on the floral arrangements for our wedding. Meeting with her was very comfortable and helpful. She easily directed us to figure out what we would like and worked within our budget. We got a fantastic deal on everything and couldnt have been happier! They lasted for many days after the wedding and we even used them again at a bbq the next day! Karen's is the place to go for your floral needs for any event. We will definately use her again and would recommend her to anyone!!!

Always my first choice for any floral purchases, pity they moved across town, though! Never had a problem with them, attentive and polite staff, And get this - KNOWLEDGEABLE about the product they sell - in this day and age - how's that for the book!!!?

Have been a long term customer of Karen's Floral. First purchased flowers when the shop was on the east side of town. Have always enjoyed friendly service whenever I contacted the business. Today, I ordered a get well basket for a friend who just had surgery. The process was simple and easy to complete. Flowers to be delivered tomorrow. I look forward to contacting Karen's Floral expression again when I am in need.

We absolutely loved our flower arrangement. Expecially since we called last minute and they were able to accommodate to us. Two other flower shops in the area messed up our orders and Karen's was able to save the day with in 20 min on our way to a funeral. BIG THANKS!

Wow! Just visited this pleasant florist and was blown away by the big selection of flowers! The staff really knows their flowers, and were very helpful with my selection. I will be going back often and I will recommend them to all my friends. Check them out!!

First of all customer service was the worst. It is so unfortunate that that the owner, Karen can be so rude to her own customers. I had ordered white roses for an event I was holding. When I arrived to pick up the roses, not only were they not white they were bruised and dying. I kindly explained I was not satisfied. All she said was that there was nothing they could do. I spent HUNDREDS on these “white roses”. I told Karen she should have called me to let me know the roses were not white and that they were a blush pink. Her response, “we don’t have time to make personal calls.”I would NEVER recommend this place.

Karen did the flowers for my wedding. All I can say is that when I walked into the room for the ceremony, my breath was taken away by the beautiful arrangements and colors! I cannot express how exquisite the altar arrangements, bouquets, pedestal flowers, and corsages looked. The table centerpieces at dinner were full and vibrant and I recommend to anyone planning a wedding or banquet to go with the raised arrangements. I wish I could post pictures here because ther really are no words to describe how wonderful it all looked! During the planning sessions, Karen was patient and really listened to what I wanted and liked. I highly recommend Karen's Floral Expressions of Bolingbrook, IL for any of your florar needs.
