Being a tire Shop, I decided to go to Merlins in Bolingbrook, Il. My vehicle's tire needed patching. You would suppose it be a quick job. Wrong. After half hour inspecting my hood, they finally went to fix the tire. total time here. 1 hr 15 mins, just for a patch tire. Horrible. Not to mention they took their precious time. Bad experience here not coming back.

I've gone to this shop several times for scheduled maintenance and one time because of issues with my radiator. The staff is friendly and professional. They did a great job of explaining the problem with my car, and the steps that they would use to fix it.

I was happy with my recent experience with these guys. The person at the front desk did a good job of explaining to me what the problem with my a/c was & gave a very reasonable quote to fix it. He even allowed me to speak directly with the technician who would do the repair. These guys are very professional and so far I am very happy, I have a working A/C again & for less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Bravo!!!
