My husband and I had the most amazing customer service from OnPoint Express! We were in route traveling on the expressway when our car tire went flat in 5 minutes. We pulled over into the emergency lane and immediately called VW and they connected us with OnPoint in Bolingbrook, IL. We received extraordinary support from manager (Greg) who dispatched Vince Carver to assist us. We are so appreciative and grateful for the expedient arrival, and amazing customer service. There is no dollar amount that can truly reflect and express the kindness, caring and talent that Vince gave to us in helping to get us out of harms way and getting our car up and running. Thank you Greg for your leadership and for recognizing one of your valuable team members (Vince) for us.
