Provided by YP.comI think this SteakNShake has terrible service. Evertime we go there, it takes forever. They are very slow. It's very aggravating. If you go through the drivethrough, sometimes it takes twenty minutes just for four regular milkshakes. And that's not even when they're busy. You waste so much gas waiting and waiting. You need to get people that can move. The people I seen working, were very slow. I won't reccomend this place for my friends and family to go. I use to work in fast food and we had to move fast. Some people just aren't cut out for this kind of job.
