It's pretty crappy business when you let someone put a guitar on lay away, then sell it out from under them. We explained our situation & told you we would be in by the 1st to pick it up. My husband came in a week early to get it only to find out you turned around & sold it to someone else. As a person who has owned my own business all I can say is that's bad business.
