Working with this caniving woman was a nightmare from day one. She had been caught in several lies. Trying to talk to this woman was next to impossible. She would never answer her phone nor call back. She would, however, text and email, but trying to decipher what she was saying from her many grammatical errors, misspellings and simply missing the concept was a challenge that took two to complete. Her lack of intelligence loses a lot of credibility in my book. Long story short she lied enough continuing to say we had to resubmit this offer which we did 4 times and she promised each time they were wanting to counter. Finally a month later we receive a response. We were told they needed 3 days to respond to our offer so we allowed the time (it was a trust situation). On this particular day, however, they received an opposing offer that morning and were able to accept it by that evening. I fully believe her lack of integrity, efficiency and ethics lost this house for us. If I never do business with this woman again it'll be too soon; although I will be in contact with her boss.

Marie Havens-Latiker is a no good, crooked, lying, cheating, stealing realtor. Who uses false accusations and her 13 years of experience to use the system and get away with criminal acts.
