Best venue in Bolton, Ct! Scenic, private location in the country, yet close to I-384 & Glastonbury line. Food,is served hot, you are not rushed, and the facility has been updated!

Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor service and disrespect towards customers. The owner was rude and condescending towards our guests and when someone was feeling ill, he harassed and yelled at us to leave the building. Not only did he lack the skills needed to be a successful business owner, he lacked common courtesy and general people skills. I will never book another event at this venue.

My husband and I recently went to a wedding reception here on Nov 3, 2012. One of the waitresses dropped plates with salad and utensils on the floor next to my husband. The salad dressing spilled all over his jacket and shirt. When we got home with the jacket we also found that there was a slit in the jacket ruining it. My girlfriend and I took the jacket back to the owner of this restaurant to show him and tell him what had happened at the reception. We were treated with disrespect, hostility, and made to feel like we were trying to scam him. I have never been treated so terrible in my life. At one point he turned his back and started to walk away dismissing us. He said he would clean the jacket at his special cleaners but would do nothing about the hole/slit in the jacket which ruined it. So, we went to a wedding and ended up with a complete suit ruined which was not our fault. I work with the public all the time and if I treated someone that way I would be fired on the spot!!!

I was disappointed with A Villa Louisa at a recent Bridal shower I hosted there. The coordinator, Corey, was often demanding and curt. Not accomodating and reassuring at all!. She often conflicted with what the owner said. The shower to include 50 guests was OK. Service mediocre, nothing special, but the room was set up for us. The buffet was out of many items by the time we ate, and the rest was not that fresh. I would have thought better planning, considering the event had been paid in full a week ahead. Nice place, but could use improvement in customer service and hospitality.

Sunday Brunch - Tasty food served by warm, friendly, accommodating staff in a lovely, recently renovated surrounding make for a pleasant, rejuvenating way to spend a special Sunday morning.
