Not overly happy with these folks. I have been trying to get them to come fix a small sinkhole that had appeared in March after Landie Construction connected our home to city sewer. It's now August and they FINALLY have made an effort to fix the issue. Come to find out that their "fixing the issue" is dumping topsoil onto my lawn and leaving it in a big pile for me to spread out, grade, seed, etc. When I spoke to these folks the first time, all they said was "yes, we will be out to fix it." And that was back in March. Now that it's August, I guess their definition of "fixing the issue" has changed. You made me wait over 5 months, and all you can do is dump 4 yards of topsoil on my lawn, and then tell me "it'll only take 15 minutes to spread out with a shovel." Just doesn't sit right that I've waited 5 months, patiently, for these folks to come fix an issue, and all they do is dump topsoil in a pile and expect me to spread it. Poor customer service and they've lost repeat business.
