We moved out of NY a few years ago, but our family still takes our annual trip to Bolton each summer. We can do lunch, dinner and a late night snack at Palazzo's! The eggplant parm is made with love, and you can tell they splurge for higher quality ingredients on the pizzas. It's a family owned business and being around the staff feels like a slice of home, in NYC! It's clean and lots of attention was paid to the detail in the decor, bc we can't ever forget we are in our favorite lakeside mountain town!
