Extremely unethical. Completely insulting and disrespectful to women. Files motion after motion without just cause, simply to increase his legals fees and get in front of a Judge to boost his ego. Stay far away.

The biggest obstacle to the respect of the legal profession is the lawyer who litigates to litigate, files motions of no potential value, seeks discovery of remote or irrelevant information, encourages acrimony, and drives up the costs to the attorney's benefit, and to the parties' detriment. This is Attorney Thomas Frain's approach and all readers of this review should be cautious in hiring this lawyer. These types of lawyers are a problem in family law, because the clients are usually unsophisticated legal consumers, and are frightened and/or angry, and can be easily convinced of the need to scorch the earth. These are the same lawyers who dump the client when s/he is tapped out and can't fund the circus litigation anymore.

Please look elsewhere for legal representation. This attorney has difficulty in keeping his professional demeanor. Not only is the work product sometimes shoddy, but unfortunately in the professional legal circle this attorney has some issues with professional behavior.
