I got my car back with noticeably less gas in the tank. I don't know how much "diagnostic driving" they needed to do to figure out that I needed my brakes done, but it definitely should not have been noticeable when my car gets 26 miles a gallon...silly me was trusting and didn't bother to take a picture of my gas gauge or mileage before handing over the keys. As if that wasn't enough, I got my car back REEKING of cigarette smoke, and I don't smoke. Absolutely would NOT recommend, I should have just taken my car to the dealership. My brakes better be worth the money I just had to spend.
