Oh my god, the apartment is so tiny the living room is 9 feet. If it was cheaper and offered MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE then I could not complain and be UNHAPPY!!!

If you call the office with a problem, example NO HEAT, they answer the phone and say OK I will send someone...BUT NO ONE EVER SHOWS UP, YOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING AND KEEP CALLING it could be days before Maintenance shows up...AND THE ONLY REASON THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP IS BECAUSE I KEPT CALLING AND KEPT CALLING...



They also come in your apartment without notice, and act like they are spraying for bugs. the office said they spray on the 21st, this was on the 9th...I was sitting on the toilet with the fan on and did hear them BUT oh boy, LOVELY all of the sudden there stands someone while your sitting on the toilet...That tells me they probably come in and snoop or who knows what...IRONIC that if you have a maintenance problem they don't show up; BUT will come in without notice!!! I have installed a hidden camera to prove it!!!



I am looking for another place to rent and will leave ASAP
