Been a customer for years. Have used the same operator the whole time. Call this week to make an appointment for a cut & color and the operator informed me that she couldn't help me anymore and her excuse was that she didn't make me happy. Now if a customer isn't happy, would they call that operator to make an appointment? NO. Apparently she's about herself, not about customer service. Bad business for All Cuts having operators that are turning away customers. This is a business that suppose to be serving their customer. I hate to give this business 1 star, they deserve none.

Had to correct the hair dresser three times where to cut my hair, but she did what SHE WANTED anyways. Ended up leaving with almost a shaved head. I most likely will not return. Better to go to the square and pay someone who actually listens to what you want than most of these do called"hair dressers."

I specifically told the operator not to cut a certain area too short. My hair is very this in this area. That is exactly the 1st area she cut,it is barely an inch long. After a few more cuts,I would not even let her finish the cut. I was almost in tears as I left. I have a wedding and another event within 2 wks. My hair will be horrible. The operator definately needs training in LISTENING to the customers. I have been to this business in the past,this was my 1st time seeing this operator. I will never return to this business.
