Provided by YP.comI wouldn’t even give them a star if I could of proceeded without highlighting 1.
EXPERTISE: they have such a huge turn around on employees, they aren’t there long enough to know anything about the product, or knowledge of what they are selling. Most likely if they do have an answer it is inaccurate, or a straight up lie. Recently I had to call the Marianna location to help the KID at the Bonifay location because he stated that he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how to take my payment. He give me 3 different prices and asked which price I thought it was!!!???
PROFESSIONALISM: refer to the above statement. Also, when my mother and I recently canceled with them, due to several issues that we have had with Doms within the last 10 months, we were told to get out of HER store because we had told a customer that it would be wise to shop around before she chose Dom’s. I will not stand by and let someone else be victim to Dom’s without saying something. The truth hurts this company…
PROMPTNESS: they NEVER answer the phone. They have an answering machine, to which you always get even during business hours. After you leave a message, you will not receive a call back for about a week. Even when they do return your call they can’t help you…
In closing, this company should not be in business. Rates fluctuate along with their data. Unlimited to 700gb to 300gb all the time asking for more money. I have never missed a payment, and my mother has always been on auto pay. They have just turned our service off, along with all other customers in our area, without notice. You will have to go to their store to get your service turned back on. Be willing to be there all day because ALL of their customers are there at the same time trying to get their service straightened out. In order to get your service back on, usually you have to give them more money on the spot even if they already took their payment for services for that month. They call it an “upgrade”, it’s a downgrad
