I went there for a mandatory drug screening for employment. I signed in and showed all my paperwork to the older Hispanic guy who was at the front desk. He told me to have a seat and I would be called shortly. As I was waiting 2 overweight black female employees there were staring to argue about who would go to lunch first. The Hispanic guy who checked me in told me to go wait at the door and one of the girls would meet me there. I was standing at the door like a idiot for around 10 mins just because those 2 fat black employees were still fighting about who would go to lunch first. When I finally got attended to, I was told I couldnt do my test,since their system had been down all morning. I asked why wasn't I told about this earlier and their response was "my bad". As I was leaving I needed to get my paperwork back and the retarded male Hispanic guy had lost my papers. Luckily the moron finally remembered where he had put them. This office is a complete joke. The staff there are one of the most trashiest incompetent employees I ever seen.

This is not the place to go if you need lab work done unless you wish to be treated quite unpleasantly and poorly. I have been handled rudely and so has my daughter. I treat everyone with respect as I am in the customer service industry. The woman there treats all that enter with a taste of her nasty demeanor. Even the drivers license bureau treats people better then this lab.

DSI never posts their hours on their web site. They then never answer the phone. Once you are there (whatever time they open) they're really nice. They just very difficult to contact. It would be so easy if they just posted the hours they're open.
