I've been going to this place for years! The staff is great. I saw the review above and thought I would share my opinion. This is my second pair of hearing aids with this company and I've been wearing them over 30 years. I started wearing hearing aids when I was in my 40's, and back then they helped some but I could not wear them in restaurants because of all the background noise. Finally I got a pair that were directional and I could cut out a lot of noise and it was 10 times better. My current aids are audi-bell, and I've been working with Patricia for the last few years. She got them adjusted just right for my hearing and always gives me free batteries whenever I see her. In the last 3years Pat has saved me over $300 in batteries. From someone who has been wearing these devices for so long I know a good place when I go there and this is a good place! I don't know what this other person experienced but If I travel, I always bring my hearing aids with me and my paperwork just in case I have a problem and need to go to another hearing aid place.

Provided by YP.comI had a broken Sonus hearing LEFT aid which they specialize in. I am a snowbird so my "program" was originally put in in PA, not in FL. Brought it in and they tried to read out my program. They not only lost it, but destroyed it in the left aid. Then they asked to borrow my RIGHT aid and also lost the program from that one too. So I had NO working aids. They gave me a "hearing test" and loaded in something that was about 20% of what I had before. Then I suggested that my PA Audiologist send my settings to FL and they said they could load them. They tried, but failed again, even with all the data from my PA Audiologist in hand. They could not even put in the data she gave them. I ended up sending my aids back to PA and she restored them and sent them back in one day! BE CAREFUL of this place. This is only ONE experience, and I hope it's not indicative.
