I have been a patient after 4-surgeries. This agency is very caring, always there when I call and have any questions or concerns, even just to chat. I also know the nurses come as they told me they would. They call the day before and they call me when they are on their way to my house so I am ready for them to come and do my wound care. I am having my 5th and final surgery, hopefully, and this agency is my choice above any others by far. I am so grateful for everyone who is employed by Sheila, the owner. She answers the phone herself no matter what time of night it is and I have had to call her several times. She has always followed through on everything she says to me and she checks with me on how I am treated. People do not do this anymore so I am grateful to have found this agency.
