    Absolutely wonderful

Dr. Arsenault and her staff started taking care of my golden retriever's heart issue in October 2011 and continue to do so now January 2013 with great care and compassion. Thanks to the entire staff at Southwest Florida Veterinary hospital my dog is still alive and well. I am confident and comfortable knowing that they are always available and that they have my pet's best interest in mind at all times.

    Where the dollar comes first

When I first came there after being recommended by another vet I felt like walking out. In after thought I should have as the employees were very cold, uncaring and I felt the dollar came first here and the welfare of your pet and customer second. A person was there that could not afford them, filled out credit then left as he was denied. They did a stomach tube on my loving dog that failed in less then three weeks and the assistant who you deal with said they can redo it for another $1700 while I checked around and was told should have lasted four months or more. This place is all about money not welfare of your pet. When the assistant suggested a throat tube I declined as I had no faith in these people. Before I decline they called to see how my dog was but after they knew no more money for these uncaring people they never called. I had my regular vet do the tube but this place also misdiagnosed my dog telling me he did not have cancer but as time progressed it seems by the way he deteriated he did, I let these money hungry people let them know of my dogs passing but nothing in reply from them as no more money to be made. AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES WHERE YOUR PET COMES FIRST AND THE MONEY SECOND. VETS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CARING PEOPLE MORE SO THEN DOCTORS BUT NOT HERE, AVOID THEM AND GO TO SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR PET AND CARES ABOUT YOU.

Great Place to take your Pets

They really care about the animals and not in it just for the money. If I ever have another emergency with my dog I will definitely come here.
