I have to say I agree with the other reviews. We purchased a plant arrangement for 24.99. It did not last even a week. We had also purchased large fern. The fern was great, no problems, the other plant just flat out died. It looked like it had been burnt in a convection oven in less than a week. When we called about their return policy and we were told no returns on any plants. We will be doing all our Business with HomeDepot from now on.

Cory was the absolute worst to deal with when they screwed the pooch on, and am still waiting for a refund. Most of the stuff they have can be found at other local places for cheaper prices, including their moving vehicles. I would avoid it at all costs.

Cory Richards is the rudest manager that I have come in contact with while shopping at nuts & bolts. He was very argumentative when I tried returning something. He basically dimissed me when confronted with my return. I wasn't pleased with his behavior and I a customer should never be treated as such. I won't ever be going back again.
