Terrible communication and poor follow up. Changing agents, maybe ditching state farm altogether. They're quick to sell insurance, but don't expect much help when you need it

Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Countless mistakes on my transfer, rude to other State Farm branch. I could not believe how they acted throughout my transfer. I would NEVER recommend using this branch. There are far better State Farm's nearby. This place is not worth the time, disrespect, or dissapointment.

I have been with Renee for probably close to 12 years. I have always been with State farm so when I moved it just made sense to switch to Renee. She is a great insurance agent, I highly recommend the services Renee can offer.
