Salon is nice and stylists are great. The problem I have is with their advertisement of "no appointments needed." That is NOT TRUE! Every time I've gone right when they open and there is already a significant wait time. Today I went in at 9 am, and it was already a 3 hour wait time for a color and a 2.5 hour wait for my daughter just to get a trim. It was then that I was told customers can call in 30 minutes before the business opens to put your name on the list. Why is that information not advertised instead of "no appt needed?" In this regard, their scheduling system and "appt/ no appt" advertisement is poorly managed. Unless you have other errands to do while you wait, don't plan on walking in and get taken right away.
