Olivia Sheridan offers life coaching and life counseling specializing in adolescents and children. She seeks to assist them in figuring out their life goals as well as educational goals. Throughout adolescence, there are many changes that are encountered and my goal is to help my clients achieve their dreams as well as become more independent, better communicators, and better integrated into their family as a whole. Ones family of origin is very important and a key factor in the success of adolescents and children to accomplish their goals and strive to do better in school. Key components that will be evaluated and addressed are self-esteem, motivation, discipline, communication, family life, problem-solving skills, friendships/role models, personal struggles, and 5-10 year personal goals. Anything that may be hindering my clients from achieving success will be discussed and evaluated. Beyond this, we will together come up with a hopeful plan to move forward from any obstacles!
